DECISIONS:
1. Appeal 3578 - Schneider (6558-01-110821)
John Schneider, 14 Pierce Arrow Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting an 8' sideline variance for an existing 30'x32' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Appeal 3579 - Dilorenzo (6559-04-631094)
Carmine and Catherine Dilorenzo, 36 Pleasant Hill Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 20' sideline variance for an existing 10'x16' shed as well as a variance to allow the shed in front of the rearline of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Administrative Interpretation:
The Deputy Zoning Administrator is requesting an Administrative Interpretation as to what category of structure, if any, a canvas structure would fall under. Would an aluminum frame covered with canvas or other material constitute a garage, shed or neither.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
4. Appeal 3581 - Domber (6558-03-492286)
Steve Domber, of Prudential Serls Prime Properties, is requesting a variance to allow the "For Sale" signs to remain on Beekman Country Club Property along Beekman Road and Country Club Road, pursuant to Local Law 6 of 2011, Section 6, #2 b (i).
Appeal has been withdrawn by the Applicant
5. Appeal 3582 - Gionta (6357-01-280583)
Nancy Gionta, 39 Ninham Avenue, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 12' sideline variance for an existing 24' above ground pool and a 5' sideline variance for an existing pool deck, pursuant to Sections 194-95 and the Schedule of Bulk Regulations.
6. Appeal 3584 - Darrow (6357-03-448345)
Justin Darrow, 6 Newhard Place, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 19' rearline variance for a proposed detached garage, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
7. Appeal 3575 - Wireless Edge Towers, LLC (6458-03-140290)
Wireless Edge Towers, LLC, is requesting a Special Permit to locate a Wireless Telecommunications Facility, consisting of a 110' tall monopole and associated equipment on a property located at 722 Route 376, Hopewell Junction NY known as the Dogwood Knolls Golf Course, (property is in the ownership of Biordi), pursuant to Section 194-80 of the Zoning Ordinance.
REVIEWS:
8. Appeal 3583 - Milan (6457-04-504005)
Ivan Milan, 123 Van Vlack Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 12' frontline, 10' sideline and a 498 square foot variance for a proposed 52'x 24' 1.5 story detached garage, as well as a 12' frontline variance for a proposed 312 square foot carport, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Appeal has been withdrawn by the Applicant
9. Appeal 3585 - Barnum (6355-00-181160)
Laurie Barnum, 75 W. Hook Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 2' variance for a proposed 6' fence in front of her house as well as a 19' frontline variance for a pre-existing, non-conforming house and a 26' rearline variance for a pre-existing, non-conforming garage, pursuant to Sections 194.98 and 194.121of the Zoning Ordinance.
