PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal 3529 - Romano (6357-04-855373)
Joanna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 40' frontline variance for an existing structure as well as an expansion a non-conforming use to allow a structure on an undersized lot (.70/acre in an R-1 Zone) pursuant to Special Note Number 11 of the Schedule of Bulk Regulations and Section 194-130 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Appeal 3537 - Corin (6457-02-711539)
Esther Corin, 80 Carol Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 25' rearline variance for an existing deck, pursuant to section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Appeal 3541 - Robinson (6455-02-848810)
Jeffrey Robinson, 124 Jackson Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 19' sideline variance for a proposed 16'x28' attached garage, which will also be located in front of the existing dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.
4. Appeal 3543 - Geller (6558-02-882672) - WITHDRAWN
Leonard S. Geller, 15 Avalon Court, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 2' variance for a 6' chain link fence to better facilitate the safety of an autistic child, pursuant to Section 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Richard Fredricks, 111 Ritter Road, Stormville, is requesting a 4' sideline variance for an existing shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
6. Appeal 3547 - Gero (6557-03-334066)
John R. Gero, 3 Falcon Crest Court, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for a proposed 12'x12' pool house, pursuant to Section 194-107 and a 10' sideline variance for an existing in ground pool (which received a C/C in 2009) pursuant to Section 194-95 of the of the Zoning Ordinance.

Thomasina Cavallo and Mario Pinque, 16 Shadowood Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 10' sideline variance for a proposed 12'x32' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
13. Appeal 3550 - Karagas (6356-03-278071)
Laurie Karagas, 27 Fishkill Hook Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow chickens on 1.6 acres as well as a 64' frontline and a 41' rearline variance for the barn, pursuant to Section 194-47 of the Zoning Ordinance
